When relaxing, the benefits of a super hot bath are unparalleled. Not only can they aid in muscle relaxation, they can boost circulation, up the immune system, ease pain and even improve your skin.

Some tips I love to add because I never do anything basic are epsom salts, magnesium bubble bath, essential oils, and new to the repertoire is ancient mineral salts which are just fancier epsoms.

Epsom salts can help alleviate muscle pain, stress reduction, and even help skin. So adding them to your bath is a double whammy of benefits.

Aromatherapy using essential oils also boosts the fun. I like to add them to the bathwater but also turn the lights in the bathroom down (those are bright) and light a candle. The benefits of aromatherapy are also similar to those listed above-immunity support, stress relief, and better sleep.

The bubble bath I use is a hybrid epsom salt magnesium soak by Dr Teals. They offer many scents all offering different benefits. I have added a few of my favorites to the storefront listed below.

I use both Dr Teals epsom salts and now the Ancient Minerals Pure Magnesium Bath Flakes. I also use a large gua sha tool on my legs and calfs and sometimes arms while soaking.

I try and soak for as hot as I can stand it and as long as I can before the water gets cold. Sometimes I will bring in my tablet (I use an iPad mini and it fits perfectly in the corner of my tub) and stream some Bravo. Sometimes I play Solfeggio Frequencies or nothing depending on the stress of the day.
